Beginning his career as a freelance event enthusiast, he quickly advanced to work with industry-leading organizations such as Setur (Koç Holding), Antur (Doğuş Holding, IDC, Kenes, and BCD Travel, as well as premier agencies, delivering world-class events across diverse sectors.

As the founder of “gesso.” he brings a unique blend of strategic vision, creative direction, and operational expertise. His work spans large-scale event production, experiential design, brand storytelling, and the development of immersive narratives that engage audiences on a deep emotional level. Known for his ability to merge creativity with flawless execution, he transforms events into powerful brand platforms that deliver lasting value for clients and unforgettable moments for participants.

He is a seasoned professional in the event industry with over 20 years of experience delivering world-class events for diverse audiences. His career spans large-scale festivals, high-profile corporate events, and over a decade specializing in the planning and execution of state protocol events with the highest standards of precision and excellence.

For the past three years, Emre has been the founder and director of Ajan’s Event, an agency dedicated to producing distinctive, high-quality events. Drawing on his extensive experience, he has successfully managed projects ranging from high-security government ceremonies to large-scale public festivals, always ensuring seamless operations and exceptional results.

Heis an event industry professional with over 20 years of experience in large-scale festivals, high-profile corporate events, and state protocol projects. He spent more than a decade overseeing the planning and execution of official ceremonies, serving as Operations Director during this period.

As the founder of Ajan’s Event, Serkan has spent the past three years delivering distinctive, high-quality events, from high-security government functions to major public festivals.

Design Partner

Trained in both event design and production management, Onur blends creative vision with operational precision. As an event architect and designer at gesso, he champions an approach rooted in clarity, impact, and purpose — crafting experiences that are not only visually captivating, but also flawlessly executed.

From concept development to on-site delivery, his work bridges the emotional and the logistical, shaping events that leave a lasting impression and create meaningful connections.
